Built For Senior Operators, Not Scanner-Only Testing

Redbot Security is looking for experienced offensive security professionals who can work independently, think through attack paths, communicate risk clearly, and produce evidence-based reporting clients can act on.

This Role Is For

Experienced testers who want technical depth.

  • Senior penetration testers who can work independently across varied client environments.
  • Operators who can chain findings into realistic attack paths and explain business impact.
  • Consultants who can communicate clearly with technical teams, executives, and stakeholders.
  • People who value manual testing, strong evidence, clean reporting, and practical remediation guidance.
  • Security professionals comfortable with applications, APIs, networks, cloud, wireless, mobile, and specialized environments.
This Role Is Not For

Entry-level candidates or scan-and-dump delivery.

  • Entry-level applicants looking for their first cybersecurity role.
  • Scanner-only testers who are not comfortable proving exploitability manually.
  • Applicants who do not want client-facing communication or report writing responsibilities.
  • People looking only for crowdsourced bounty-style work instead of structured client engagements.
  • Anyone uncomfortable with high-trust work, background checks, technical interviews, and professional delivery standards.
Our standard: Redbot values senior judgment, technical range, integrity, writing quality, and the ability to turn complex offensive security findings into clear client guidance.
